I’m still here, and running. I’m in week 3 of training for Grandma’s Marathon. I’m trying the Hansons 16 week 45-60 mile plan, but started it 15 weeks out because we were in Thailand. I’m supplementing it with LOTS of yoga. I have been LOVING yoga for the 18 months. I’m a bit slower than I want to be right now, but I’m hoping to turn things around and be in good enough shape to try to qualify for Boston. Stay tuned!
