- Sluggishness
- Over-eating
- Sadness
- Irritability
- Sleeping too much
Diagnosis: Post-Marathon Blues! (They are REAL. I always feel such an emotional let down right after a marathon. It doesn’t help that my body is sore for a couple days and then I force myself to take at least a week off of running. I made it 9 days this time and then finally ran.)
Cure: Find another marathon and calendar the training plan.
