I’m all set to embark on a terrifying adventure: putting on a swimsuit and my new aquajogger buoyancy belt and trying WATER RUNNING. Yipee! Must be the next best thing to real running, huh? Let’s hope so. I am seriously nervous! I don’t like doing the unknown. I don’t even know which end of the pool is shallow or deep. I don’t know if certain parts of the pool are off reserved for certain activities. And I don’t know what I’m doing, in terms of technique, for sure. I did watch You Tube videos and the DVD that came with my aquajogger belt, but still . . .
