Boston Training: Napping! On 03/16/201303/16/2013 By runninfromthelawIn Uncategorized I’m on a completely different training plan than the others from my running group who are running Boston. Today they ran 16.5 hilly fast miles. Today I ran 4 ultra slow recovery miles.
