Every plan has a cut back week. Mine did too. And cut back I did. More than coach MG wanted me to. More than I wanted me to. But life had other plans for me this week that did not include much running. Instead of focusing on how little I ran and wondering whether it affected my fitness, etc., I’m just gonna hope the major rest is what I needed and move forward.
Mileage run: 20.8
Cross/pilates/strength: 12 minutes biking. 🙂
