“Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
Personally, I think August 9th is the best day of the year. My birthday. 🙂 We celebrated 41 years of Cindi with my parents, sister and niece, and the kids yesterday. Look at the fun picture they blew up:
Eating cake on my 1st birthday. Maybe I really am a blonde?
Funny that the same things that make me happy when I was one (pink clothing, cake and celebrating with family) also make me happiest now. As I start this 41st year of my life, I am thankful for friends, family and new beginnings. Although I’m at a place in my life I didn’t plan on being, I am confident that it is the right place for me and I am, for the first time in a long long time, truly happy and excited about the future.
Good stuff happening. 🙂
