I had a whole post ready to publish just now, but re-read it and it depressed me to read it. So I deleted it so that I could spare my 5 readers from getting depressed themselves. Suffice it to say that Life has been a roller coaster lately. And the past 24 hours have been a big big downer.
The good news is that things have to pick up, right?
So does anyone believe in that theory that making yourself smile and think positive thoughts and do positive things will help turn your mood around? I’m gonna give it a whirl starting right now and see if it will help.
SO – here we go – positive things about today:
- My friend TOTALLY crushed his goal and had a kick ass marathon in Michigan today, with a 2:53:xx chip time. How crazy fast is that?!?!
- I actually sat still today and watched a movie with the kids and lounged with the dogs.
- I ran.
