Pilates: 4 times (yipee!)

  • M: pilates
  • T:  7 miles (8:12) w/ 1 mile at 10k pace (7:07), 4x400m at LT (6:37; 6:38; 6:41; 6:27), 1 mile at 10k (7:10)
  • W: 8 miles (8:37)
  • Th: pilates
  • F: 7 miles (8:28)
  • Sa: 21.25 hilly miles (8:24 pace)
  • Su: 7.1 miles (9:11); pilates

In other exciting news, I got two new pairs of shoes (same kind, just had way too many miles on my old pairs).  Adidas Supernova Glide 4.  Cute colors this time, which is always a bonus because then I FEEL faster.  The silver makes me feel ultra speedy!  🙂

Fun times with the running group last night.  I actually stayed up til 1:30 a.m., which is crazy late for me.   Got to know some of the regulars better, as well as meet new people.  Very fun!

Last big week of training til taper time!
