I’m making this a cut-back week. Partly because I just ran 22 miles for my long run last week. But mostly because I’m in trial all week. In rural Minnesota. Staying in a hotel and working all day, every day. But still finding time to squeeze in runs, to keep my sanity and because I have a marathon to run in just 45 days (6 weeks! A month and a half!).
So, ran 9 miles Monday at home (with fun speedy stuff mixed in), 6 miles yesterday and 6.2 miles today.
