  1. Get out there! It is almost 30 degrees (at 5:00 am in January!). 🙂

    Hopefully life will settle down soon – hugs to you. And don’t sweat a couple missed runs too much.

  2. agree with mindi – overall, in the big training picture, a few missed runs mean nothing. think of how fresh your legs will be.
