It’s back!

Guess what returned today?!?  Pilates!  Because of my insomnia  last night, I didn’t run this morning (I finally fell asleep about 4:30 and woke up at 5:50;  ugggggg).  BUT, since I was going to be sitting in a class from 8:00 – 5:00, I wanted to do something.  So I spent 17 minutes doing the Mari Winsor abs DVD.  Felt good to work the abs again and reminded me of the importance of getting my core strong for the spring marathon season.

Things I am looking forward to right now:

  • A GOOD night sleep!
  • A LONG run tomorrow.  (Long being relative; probably 10 – 12)
  • Moving forward
  • Seeing and hugging my kids tomorrow.
