Meghan’s middle school graduation tonight. High school next year. Where have the years gone?!?
4 miles this morning with 3x1000m intervals at 7:00 pace. AND it was 75 degrees out at 4:30 a.m. Crazy heatwave now – it’s 99 degrees and ultrawindy (thus the sweat and windblown look in the photo!)
