Isn’t my schedule pretty? I love kicking off training with a full plan on paper in front of me. And I love crossing off each day’s workout! I am trying not to be a slave to the schedule, however. I’m hoping to hit all the workouts each week, but not necessarily in the order that the plan sets forth. With a crazy work schedule and a crazy life schedule, I need to be flexible and run the workouts when I can squeeze them in.
Today’s workout was 10 miles at 8:54 pace at 4:30 a.m. Love working out before the birds are even awake! Yipee!
