🙂 Now that I have your attention!
Have I mentioned that I LOVE LOVE LOVE my early morning runs? And running in general? I had a fabulous (but slow, about 9:30 pace) 5.15 mile run at 4:30 this morning. Everything felt good. No residual marathon soreness. No injuries. Just happiness from returning to my favorite way to start the day!
And the effects from my run continued throughout the day: I had a smile on my face, got TONS done at work, ate way better (only 1 cookie! and no beers!), and I even had enough energy and motivation to do pilates after work. Great day for me!
Going to bed soon so that 4:30 hurries up and gets here so I can run again!
