Early morning action!

🙂  Now that I have your attention!

Have I mentioned that I LOVE LOVE LOVE my early morning runs?  And running in general?  I had a fabulous (but slow, about 9:30 pace) 5.15 mile run at 4:30 this morning.  Everything felt good.  No residual marathon soreness.  No injuries.  Just happiness from returning to my favorite way to start the day!

And the effects from my run continued throughout the day:  I had a smile on my face, got TONS done at work, ate way better (only 1 cookie!  and no beers!), and I even had enough energy and motivation to do pilates after work.  Great day for me!

Going to bed soon so that 4:30 hurries up and gets here so I can run again!

    I LOVE running in the morning before work! But I also love soaking in the sunshine 🙂 So I run in the morning when I have to or when it works better for me, but I also enjoy running in the daylight hours.

    I am laughing because it looks as though you normally drink beer at work, but not yesterday! hahaha

  6. ha! Well, I DO have beers in my fridge at work. You know, for just in case company stops by. 🙂
