Holy Mother-of-all-Medals!

Little Rock Marathon unveiled it’s 2011 marathon medal today.  Press release here. Video here (the medal spins!)

This bad boy weighs 1 1/2 pounds and is 7 3/4 inches long and 5 inches wide.

I think I need to focus less on the miles and more on the weight lifting so I can carry this thing home with me!
